Camembert filled with California Prunes and Truffle Oil

- 1 small whole camembert (approx 100g)
- 65g California Prunes, diced
- 1 tsp truffle oil
- Slice the Camembert in half horizontally.
- Cover the base with the chopped or diced California Prune pieces.
- Drizzle with truffle oil and replace the other half of the Camembert on top and press down gently.
- Keep chilled until 2 hours before serving.
