Camembert filled with California Prunes and Truffle Oil

  • 1 small whole camembert (approx 100g)
  • 65g California Prunes, diced
  • 1 tsp truffle oil


  1. Slice the Camembert in half horizontally.
  2. Cover the base with the chopped or diced California Prune pieces.
  3. Drizzle with truffle oil and replace the other half of the Camembert on top and press down gently.
  4. Keep chilled until 2 hours before serving.
