Potassium
Prunes are high in potassium, containing 735mg/100g (37% reference intake). Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Vitamin K
Containing 59.5mcg/100g (79% reference intake), prunes are an excellent source of vitamin K. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting.
