INGREDIENTS
- Handful of California Prunes:
- Handful California Prunes, quartered
- Handful of Nuts:
- Choose from: peanuts, walnuts, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts or pine nuts
- Handful of dried fruit:
- Choose from: raisins, sultanas, dried apricots, dried cherries, dried apple, goji berries, blueberries, strawberries, figs, mango or dates
- Handful of cereal:
- Choose from: Shreddies, Cheerios, bran flakes, puffed wholegrain cereal, plan popcorn or pretzels
DIRECTIONS
- Simply mix together a handful of one or a mix from each of the listed ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container.
