This dipping sauce is perfect for a variety of items – from crackers to meatballs. Plus, it has a highly unexpected ingredient.
- 85g California Prunes
- Juice from 1 large orange
- 60 ml pomegranate concentrate
- 60 ml tarragon vinegar
- 180 ml water
- 180 ml olive oil
- Add the California Prunes to a high powered blender
- Add in the liquid ingredients
- Blend, starting on low and working up to high
- If needed, add additional water 1 tablespoon at a time for desired consistency.
