Tarts with Avocado, Chocolate and California Prunes


  • (Per Tart)
  • 5 California Prunes
  • 50 g of oat flakes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 20 gr of 85% dark chocolate



1. Blend the California Prunes and then add them to the oat flakes to create the base of the tarts. Transfer the mixture into a mold lined with baking paper and let it adhere well to the bottom.

2. For the cream, blend the avocado. Then take the chocolate and grate it in the avocado cream. Pour over the base of the tarts and refrigerate for a few hours.

3. To decorate, cut the California Prunes into small pieces and place them in the middle of the tart.
