California Prune Chocolate Tiffin

A sweet and delicious treat that’s secretly better for you! Packed with California Prunes, mixed seeds and nuts and a little bit of chocolate – it’s a decadent treat for any occasion!

Makes: 12Prep Time: 15 minutes + 60 minutes fridge time

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g Dark chocolate
  • 1 tps Salt
  • 150g California Prunes chopped
  • 6 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 125g Mixed nuts
  • 40g Mixed seeds, an extra 15g for the topping

DIRECTIONS

1.Melt the chocolate and salt in a large mixing bowl over a pan of simmering water.
2. Once melted, add the chopped California Prunes, maple syrup, nuts and seeds.
3. Stir the mixture together and place in a deep square baking tin lined with parchment
paper.
4. Sprinkle the top with the extra 15g of seeds before placing the tiffin into the fridge for
1 hour.
5. Remove from the fridge and cut into portions.
6. Enjoy!
