Plummus
Plummus is a great way to put a spin on the classic hummus. It’s the perfect snack that will have your friends and family asking for the recipe .

INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 x425g cans chickpeas (half liquid drained)
- 3 tbsp California Prune purée
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add the chickpeas (with the remaining liquid) to a blender or food processor.
- Add the tahini, California Prune purée, lemon juice, garlic, salt and spices.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve with crackers, pitta or vegetables.
