
Ham & California Prune Pinwheels
Simple but tasty, tortilla pinwheels with ham and California Prunes are great for snacks or parties.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 large (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchâtel cheese)
- 1/2 cup (about 80g) finely chopped pitted California Prunes
- 4 thin slices deli ham (about 80g)
DIRECTIONS
- Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese evenly onto each tortilla.
- Top each with 1/4 cup California Prunes and 2 slices ham.
- Roll up each tortilla securely.
- Cut each into 8 pieces.
- Secure pinwheels with toothpicks.
