California Prunes stuffed with Goat’s Cheese and Orange Zest

  • 12 California Prunes
  • 100 g Goat’s cheese
  • The grated zest of a half an orange



1. Pour the Goat’s cheese into a bowl and add the grated zest of the orange. Stir to
2. Cut the California Prunes in half like a sandwich.
3. Scoop out a teaspoon of the cheese mixture and, with the help of another
teaspoon, form a quenelle that you will lay on one half of the California Prune, on the cut side. Close with the other half and crush slightly.
4. Proceed in this way with the entire mixture.
5. If you like, roll the cheese side of the prunes on the grated orange zest; this way
you will decorate them quickly and easily.
6. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
