California Prune Refueller Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • Half an avocado
  • A small handful of California Prunes (about 4)
  • 300ml California Prune Juice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp pure cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds, if you have them

DIRECTIONS

  1. Simply add all the ingredients to the blender, blend well, and there you have it!

Lunch in a glass!
