
Acai Bowl with California Prunes

INGREDIENTS
- Smoothie:
- 1 frozen banana
- 5 California Prunes
- 1 cup acai purée ( or your choice of frozen fruit )
- Toppings:
- 2 California Prunes cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- 1-2 tablespoons cashew nuts
- a handful of raspberries
- pineapple slices
- coconut shreds
- mint leaves
DIRECTIONS
- Pour boiling water over California Prunes and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Put frozen banana, hot California Prunes and acai purée into the blender and blend well.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl.
- Place slices of pineapple, coconut shreds, California Prunes , raspberries, cashew, goji berries and mint leaves on top of smoothie.
- Serve immediately
