
California Prunes Stuffed with Walnuts

INGREDIENTS
- 24 pitted California Prunes
- 24 walnut halves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Make a slit down the side of each California Prune and place a walnut half inside, wrapping the California Prune around the walnut to cover it completely.
- Mix sugar with cinnamon and place in a dish or pie plate.
- Roll California Prunes in sugar mixture.
- Store in an airtight container.
