California Prunes Stuffed with Walnuts

INGREDIENTS

  •  
  • 24 pitted California Prunes
  • 24 walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make a slit down the side of each California Prune and place a walnut half inside, wrapping the California Prune around the walnut to cover it completely.
  2. Mix sugar with cinnamon and place in a dish or pie plate.
  3. Roll California Prunes in sugar mixture.
  4. Store in an airtight container.
